상황1. 15층 건물 3층세대 발코니 우수관이 넘쳐 거실 방에 까지 침수되고
아랫층에 피해를 주었을 경우에는 관리주체가 보수를 해주어야 하는지? 아니면 3층세대에서
아랫층피해보수를 해야하는지요?
상황2. 옥상에서 관리직원이 배관보수중 보온잔재물이 폭우에 씰려 우수관으로 내려가다가
3층세대 발코니 우수관이 넘칠경우에는 누가 피해를 보수해 주어여 하는지요?
15층에서 4층까지는 스치로폼알맹이가 우수관을 잘내려가다가 3층에서 우수관이 넘치는 현상
은 어떻게 설명해야 하는지요?
우수관은 공용부분이 맞지요? 내일회의에 보고를 해야 하는데
