~ 장기수선충당금을 당해 주택의 소유자로부터 징수하여 적립~ 에 의거하여 소유자가 내도록 명문화 되어 있습니다. 임대차 계약시 임대인과 임차인이 특약 사항에 장기수선 충당금을 임차인이 내도록 합의 하지 않은 이상 임대인이 부담하는것이며, 임차인이 계약 종료 퇴거시 임대인이 정산하여 임차인에게 주어야 합니다.
