★ 입금된 날 날짜로 그 달 관리비 차감 후 남은 금액에 대하여는
차)보통예금 ***/ 대) 가수금***
★ 관리비 부과 후에는
차)가수금 *** / 대) 미수관리비 ***
이렇게 분개해야 합니다.
