350세대의 아파트입니다 . 우리 아파트의 특징은 2동씩 3지구로 구분되어있는 분리형구조로 되어 있읍니다 근데 최근에 입주자 대표회의를 거치지도 않고 한 지구(총2동씩 3지구로 구성되어있음) 에 아파트 담벼락에 불량어린이가 출입한다는 이유로 750.000원의 중간문을(정,후문과 별개의 담벼락에 출입금지의 문) 달았읍니다. 사용구분으로는 수선유지비라 칭하였던데 이것이 정말로 수선 유지비로 사용이 가능한 부분입니까? 아파트 회장에게 물었더니 이 때까지 관뢰로 2.000.000원 미만은 회장및 부회장이 수의 계약 할 수 있었고 그렇게 했답니다. 타당한 결정입니까?정말로 입주자 대표회의 의견없이 가능한 일입니까?
