임대아파트로 임차인대표회의가 구성은 되어 있으나, 저희 본사 직영관리라  임차인대표회의에는  결재를 올리지 않습니다... 관리소에서 자체결재, 즉 과장, 소장님 결재만 받습니다.

그렇다면 본사 쪽에 결재를 필해야할까요?

(수선충당금  각각 다른 항목으로 충당되는 것에 대한  대체처리 건
: 저수조청소비를  정화조 청소비 충당금에서 대체처리 여부)
