관리주체는 이를 월별로 관리비등과 잡수입의 징수ㆍ사용ㆍ보관 및 예치 등에 관한 장부를 작성하여 이를 그 증빙자료와 함께 회계연도 종료 후 5년간 보관하는 것입니다.
