안녕하세요. 입주 4년 9개월 차 아파트 입니다. 감가 상각비 부과를 하다가, 대표회의 결의로 부과를 안하고 있습니다. 그동안 부과되었던 감가상각비의 상대계정과목인 "감가상각누계액"을 "장기수선충당금"으로 전환 하라는 대표회의 결의가 있었습니다. 회계원칙상 괜찮은건지 알고 싶습니다. 늘 도와 주셔서 감사 합니다. |

<답변> 대표회의 결의는 오류임. 관리규약 위배이며 특히 감가상각누계액을 다른 계정으로 대체할 수는 없는 것임. |
