수도시설의 청소 및 위생관리 등에 관한 규칙(제6조 청소 및 위생점검)
① 「수도법 시행령」 제50조 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 건축물이나 시설(이하 "대형건축물등"이라 한다)의 소유자 또는 관리자(이하 "소유자등"이라 한다)는 저수조를 6개월마다 1회 이상 청소하고 그 위생상태를 별표 3의 기준에 따라 매월 1회 이상 점검하여야 한다.
