가. 최저임금법
-제11조(주지 의무) 최저임금의 적용을 받는 사용자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 최저임금을 그 사업의 근로자가 쉽게 볼 수 있는 장소에 게시하거나 그 외의 적당한 방법으로 근로자에게 널리 알려야 한다.
나. 최저임금법 시행령
-제11조(주지 의무) ① 법 제11조에 따라 사용자가 근로자에게 주지시켜야 할 최저임금의 내용은 다음 각호와 같다.
1. 적용을 받는 근로자의 최저임금액
2. 법 제6조제4항에 따라 최저임금에 산입하지 아니하는 임금
3. 법 제7조에 따라 해당 사업에서 최저임금의 적용을 제외할 근로자의 범위
4. 최저임금의 효력발생 연월일
② 사용자는 제1항에 따른 최저임금의 내용을 법 제10조제2항에 따른 최저임금의 효력발생일 전날까지 근로자 에게 주지시켜야 한다.
