그야말로 이익잉여금 처분을 하지 않아서 그런 겁니다.. 경기도라면 장기수선충당금과 관리비차감적립금으로 처분하시고, 서울이라면 예비비적립금과 장기수선충당금으로 처분하시면 됩니다..
